Let us not forget that by owning that much they can/do have options, They could choose to do some of the following.
1.) Retire shares
2.) retire shares, then give themselves pref shares.
3.) make acquisitions
4.) raise capital for the company...
IMO they might do a mix of things.
I feel strongly that they will retire a few hundred million shares for pref shares in the company. I also feel they will leave some shares remaining for some acquisitions. I also feel they will keep several million shares handy in case they ever need to raise capital. I believe and am betting that EIP will change the entire structure of ACLP, name change and all, right down to the share structures of common and pref.
This is a strategic R/M!
Think about it. If this company does an R/M then says "hey, we are retiring 400m-600m shares and creating a pref block." who will say no to that?
IMO they could then come along and say "we just consummated an acquisition of a multi million dollar company." we are buying them for cash + shares.
LOL there's lots of positive possibilities when you have a real company with real patents (that matter!) and real revenue coming from over 40 products, that in turn bring real profits!
Im stoked about this R/M!
