Honestly I'm not worried about Mr. B's compensation.

Whatever it is, it will be small in comparison to the ultimate value of the company. But when someone tells me it is none of my business what his incentive package is, I have to take exception to that. Shareholder's not only have a right to know, they have an obligation to try to do something about abusive practices. Otherwise these abuses will continue.
