It is the nature of a shareholder to be concerned about any and all "issues" impacting his/her investment. However, I shall take the liberty of assuming that your initial share purchase had little, if anything, to do with management compensation. I shall go one step further in assuming that your current share position also has little, if anything, to do with Mr. B.'s current salary and/or his incentive scheme going forward. His salary is a matter of public record while his incentive scheme is not. There is a reason for this. Know that it is not a "Tyco Revisited" scenario. Know too that this man was not hired to simply oversee the signing of pre-existing documents and agreements.
