I disagree. IMHO, any consideration for a R/S will not come for some time after the announcement of the R/M. They are cash flow positive so their is no need to R/S to sell shares. It would make all the sense to allow the share price to settle in to a price range first then proper share structure/pricing can be established for the future. To simply say they are going to do a R/S is simply incorrect. Makes NO business sense and these guys are successful in building a private business from scratch. Now they have found a very inexpensive way to go public. This is NOT your typical pink sheet stock so you can throw all that BS stuff we usually endure with pink sheet stocks out the window!
