This is very different from typical R/M's

First: Flex Power's Founders, Smith and Esmaili, are Already named as Officers in Monarc.

Second: This was a non-trading non-operating Shell, so it is likely that it is "Clean." I have found news stories from several years ago where Smith mentioned wanting to raise money to expand. So it's no secret that he has been exploring Going Public.

Third: Flex Power is Already found in stores in Korea! This is an International Business with products being sold across the globe! AND partnerships with NBA professionals, and US Olympic Professionals just to name a few! While we do not have exact amounts of sales due to the company being private, check their web page! They have been mentioned on CNBC, CNN, and other major news organizations for years!

It only makes sense that Flex Power's founders would take the easy route: Finding a shell to go public and avoid all the expense associated with Underwriting etc! THIS could be the OTC stock of the year!
