Not ducking. Looking back on our history most wars, killing, abominations have been conducted by the three plagiarized scriptured religions. In your contemplation of our past you will note that the Deity is the main tool by which governments are able to commit their crimes.

Long before the existence of the Hebrews as a viable tribe the mighty warrior Pharaoh, Thothmoses III carried the Ark with his god, Amen-Ra, into battle before him at Megiddo. The military importance of Megiddo and its long history as an international battleground is ‘aptly reflected in the Apocalypse of John (Revelation, 16:22) in which Armageddon (Har Meggiddon, the Mount of Megiddo) is designated as the site where, at the end of days, all the kings of the world will fight the ultimate battle against the forces of God’. This underlines the belief up to the Christian era that the Messiah born of the House of Thoth (David), Jesus, who is an almost identical copy of the older Egyptian deity Horus, sun-god par excellence, will have to re-enact the battle of his great ancestor Thothmoses III or Thoth who conquered Megiddo. (Tut or Twt in hieroglyphic writing takes the form of a bird representing Thoth, the Egyptian god of wisdom and learning and in transliteration into Hebrew becomes Dwd which is the Hebrew name of David.)

Graham Hancock in his quest for the lost Ark of the Covenant, The Sign and the Seal gets half way through his work before he realizes that the caskets from Tutankhamen’s tomb might indeed be the prototypes for the Ark of the Covenant. Kenneth Kitchen, Professor of Egyptology at Liverpool University when asked if these could be the models for the Jewish Ark remarks: ‘At the very least,’ rather emphatically. This is probably one of biggest understatements ever uttered. If I remember correctly Erman in his Life in Ancient Egypt has a picture of the Ark of Amen which is even more graphic than the caskets discovered in Tutankhamen’s tomb.

A nod to Osman regarding some of the above.
