Where do you get that it's "pending major acquisition news now?"
Do U have any sources or just speculation or...?

In general I like this company b/c they're talking about a mission of a "healthspan" that includes diet, exercise and hormone therapy as well as the cannabis-related products, it has the potential to be a lot broader than most co's in the sector and not just a flash in the pan.

But do tell more about the alleged pending acquisition???
