Using Iraq as a gambit pawn has worked exceptionally well for the thugs in Moscow. Is the U.S. or Israeli bombing of an Iranian nuclear power plant the next gambit pawn that may seriously raise the Ante for the U.S.?

Natanz would have a politically higher price being so close to Tehran. To get to Isfahan and Arak the bombers would have to fly over mountains.

Bushehr perhaps?

Unaware that the rest of the world perceives us as out of control mad dogs the American public wont put up nearly enough resistance to stop the Bushies from bombing Iran.

If we bomb the plant near Tehran I think the Combined forces of the Chinese and Russia might be able to get away with moving into Iraq and been seen as peacekeepers on the world stage in comparison to our drunken cowboy shut em up kill em all diplomacy. Possibly in the very near future

If we bomb any of the other plants I think the same thing may happen but take a lot more doplimatic wrangling and more time.

Not sure how well the Russian Tor m1 will defend the Bushehr
plant but Isfahan and Arak look to be hard targets in the mountains.
