The number was estimated for 2013 when total uninsured was estimated to be 48m. It remains to be seen how far that number has come down. I'd venture a guess large portion of those newly insured would be from medicaid expansion, thus expanding medicaid HCV patient pool to quite possibly close to commercial or VA/prison level.
