Storm/everyone: I followed up on Hugie's post #45728...good find Hugie...I recommend everyone do what Hugie did, that is "google" AppFlix. Be sure to scroll way down the page to the recent months. It appears that the company was notified last August about filing a use statement on the trademark. I do not know exactly what that means, maybe Storm does...apparently an "abandonment of trademark" notice was sent out in March 2014 and the company apparently just responded to it for an extenstion to file the use statement, which was received by the Trademark office on Monday, April 21, 2014. What this means for using the trademark is uncertain to me. It is a legal question no doubt, since the trademark has not been used as a result of all the delays, looks like another glitch,what do others think? May explain the delayed launch of AppFlix? Storm, please write to the company about this, thanks.
