When is MDNT's 10-Q due and where is the Form 3 that Manu said was going to be filed?

The 10Q isn't due until mid May (45 days after 3/31). When you say Form 3.. I assume you're talking about the proof that Manu converted his loan to shares. That's actually a Form 4, which was filed April 20th. Here's a link to it.
