Here is what i have been told by nearly everyone on here who has not told me to take a long walk---"Dig deeper--look alittle harder"....so i do and here is what i found:

i found a pr from jeff reid on sept 18th promising to release audited fins and file form 10--never happened.

i found its been years since an 8k or 10k filed

i looked for the offfice--can't find it

i looked for a web site--don't have one

i looked for a phone number--no one answers

i tried to find some employees--one showed me alink that listed 2 people that worked there but i couldnt track them

i tried to find a customer name--just one that did business with kmag--cant find one

i emailed reid's other company's ir--they had reid email me back--but he gave no explanation and was vague about a quote "transition"--and even admitted that they had no business license

then there was the face book picture of a broken down unuseable rfid machine that was supposed to be in china--but alas turns out it was in canada

then on april 3rd there was a pr that contained an email address for the kmag investors relations--what a great place to get some good old dd from--but i go no reply

so anyhow--i do all this looking and digging and this is what i come up with--i report my findings and what happens?

--i am mocked, villified and slandered --all because i did what i was told to do--dig a little deeper--
so now it's my fault that kmag looks hopeless--e
