Yes it should! However, the mm's have a strong hold on this and as long as they have shares to control things were at their mercy. The ideal plan would be to get some substantial news or insight into future plans to get some high volume days and get rid of the promoters inventory. I don't think we're too far from seeing that develop, but until then it's gonna be painful.
