ZYOUNG, I spoke with Sunvalley Solar this morning. The diary farm
(Wreden Ranch) contract for 1122kw is the $2,500.000 contract mentioned in the 10-K. I asked if they were doing both supply and labor. I was told that that couldn't be committed on at this time.
When I asked about the Baoding Tainwei and the CEEG/CSUN lawsuits, the reply was that they were in process.
