unless you have traded greys before, it's best that everyone call beforehand. different brokers have different rules. be sure to tell them it is coming off suspension and will be trading on the grey market. if folks are not satisfied with the answers they get from the help desk, they should ask to speak to the compliance officer or the shift supervisor.
