Exactly, and they are not even BAYP secretaries; they are an answering service for the virtual office rental business at the Tulsa address. Which by the way is what many companies like IBM, Comcast, Lucent, etc. do in order to cut administrative costs. BAYP officers don't need to sit at a desk all day to do business. They want to be in the field seeing first hand what they are interested in acquiring, and talking face to face with potential clients, IMO.
The point here is over 15mil has been dumped into a bid volume of only about 4mil, and more and more .0011 buyers keep coming in like I said before.
That stability and buyer interest is what keeps me here and patient, not rumors from phone calls including my own.
