Just remember, the PR didn't state we have reached $1 million monthly in residential sales across the first 4 months, just that the sales were "approaching" that amount. That's a pretty generic term that is subject to interpretation. One might say that sales exceeding $500,000 are "approaching" a million. Another might say that sales must exceed $950,000 to qualify as "approaching" a million. In any event, we know that residential sales are somewhere below $1 million monthly. Just keep that in mind when running numbers. It might be more reasonable to estimate that annual residential sales are on pace for $10-11 million (~ $833,000 - 917,000 monthly).
