I actually understand why no kick yet in price. The only reason we aren't moving up on the news in my opinion is investors are nervous now to hear a small stock suddenly dealing with cannabis because others recently have made bogus claims in working with it(PTOG being on example)to boost share price. PTOG was halted for doing this, and when it traded back it lost all its momentum. Anyway, everything I read yesterday concerning NEWC plans with it all appear well thought out and legit. If so, time will tell and investors will respond. This is just my take on it, and I am not one to give the company a pass of late, but as for this, I'm not surprised by the response. Hopefully the clouds part soon though and we make some significant move to the upside! Again time will tell.
