On August 1, 2008, Encompass Parts completed the acquisition of Tritronics, Inc., an original equipment manufacturer (OEM)-authorized consumer electronics parts distributor. During fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), Encompass Parts Distribution formed subsidiaries in Mexico and Canada.
