That is not very clear yet. But I would assume that it would something like this;

-There will also most likely be a royalty to SGLB if Materiaise customers chose to take advantage of the PrintRite3d portion of their software.

- Upfront installation of the PrintRite3D Hardware either by purchasing or leasing the equipment.

-Per click charge thereafter -or- again, some sort of leasing agreement if there will be heave usage of the product.

I believe that the partnership with Materialise is a critical component of marketing. Sigma will now have immediate access to potential customers once the software is integrated into the Materiaise software package.

I would assume that once there software packages are placed with the customer (or updates to existing versions)to include PrintRite3D software, then enter Sigma Labs to market the hardware for PrintRite3D in order to take advantage of the software in the Materialise Suite. Or even better, if in the future some Metals 3D printers come already equipt with PrintRite3D they would have both the hardware and software already in place with the customer.

Compare it to the Microsoft Office model in Windows. You buy windows and Office is available in the software package, however you only pay for the license it if you want to use it.

Now couple that with the purchase of Hardware to go along with it and a per click or contract charge to the end user. It is an effective marketing strategy, and has a proven track record. I like the move they made here with Materiaise!
