Nope. Not surprising at all as every bit of news, agreement, court case, etc. is unique. Given such, if one is objective, bias does not enter into the equation. E.g. there's no need to "spin" everything to the positive or blame others for errors of the company.

Take your favorite TCA/IR situation...don't default and you don't have an IR.
