GUY, just trying to help,though this latest development should be taken seriously, imo, though I'm no attorney or corporate finance guy.

No question the company is in dire financial situation and a Board decision to resolve the A/G, Camofi, Aaronson and WARF litigations might, which are hefty, may have finally brought them to chosing bankruptcy.
The company still owns their intellectual property,etc. Would be great if a cpa is a board member and can give us some thoughts/guidance on the default and the intellectual property and if bankruptcy apparently gives them a new financial path on survival

At this time, I'm taking this seriously given the dollars i have invested here which i would hate to wake up one mornig and see has become worthless.
