New investors remember to do your DD and DD doesn't mean looking at recent posts by the speculators on this board. Here are some facts. There is a history of backing out on mergers even after they are announced. Here is one example from 2010. Forget about this one long time shareholders? Here let me remind you:

This is like six degrees of Kevin Bacon and it really surprises me that some shareholders are able to keep this going by connecting these imaginary dots. You all are really stretching it. Here is one more thing to keep in mind. The SEC is watching what is going on and there is no doubt in my mind that in a matter of time this will be shut down. You are holding a hot potato here:
