Does this mean that we can expect a PR to restate APT's Target of $20 Million for this year and $68 Million for next year? (http://www.prweb.com/releases/2013/5/prweb10701283.htm)

Obviously these potential partnerships are interesting linkages, but we're here for Money. Maybe a restatement of those targets would allay some concerns?
