Frankly, I'm not privy to the reasoning for the changes in share structure and am not all that concerned at this point.
I'm counting on the powers that be doing what is best for the company and by extension the shareholders.
That's not to say I don't find things get under my skin every once in a while. I just prefer to focus on the long term goals and not get caught up publicly with some of the shorter term nuances of the day.
