ICO's drug is Antisense Oligonucleotides (ASO), not RNAi. There are similarities between the two, but not the same. I am not a fan of old ISIS ASO drugs which I believe ICO's drug falling into - anyone can correct me if I am wrong - but do admit ISIS's newer generation drugs have improved significantly. I haven't looked at ICO's drug close enough to have strong opinion one way or the other other than ISIS association.
