I expected dilution, but I did not expect them to more than triple the share count at such a low valuation. Also, they have just raised the A/S amount to 200M!!
Glad I got out...what a POS management team.
I think investors can also expect to see the RS, as the share price will not breach the required levels for uplisting, which they are required to do according to the last investment terms.
Very disappointed this in this...I hoped for better.
