ZLCS—The lack of CC participation could be a contrary indicator insofar as the new company will presumably get no sell-side coverage and it ought to be available to buy on the cheap. Moreover, the business model is differentiated (#msg-91531661).

This is not to say that I'm prepared to buy, but rather that I can't yet rule it out.
