WAIT until a transparent CEO divulges the nature of the deal………my bets are NO DOCS

thanks for being pragmatic, logical…..

WHY WOULD a Texas oil company need to approach a BROKE (but share selling structure) company for investment dollars???????????…

WHEN THERE are private investors stumbling over their boots to get these deals
