This will comeback and haunt PHOT on April 29TH! The increase of the authorized stock shares from the current 1 billion shares up to 3 billion. I remember when this was released and the stock price wasn't effected, I knew there was some kind of manipulation going on. That is most likely what started the SEC investigation. Greedy Management I would sell at watch on the 29th. Longs be very careful with this stock as it may get below 5 cents.
