Grif and Superman have done a superb job on ERGO's desire to buy PFNO's shares.

My contention is there isn't anything concrete from PFNO's management discussing the deal. They've remained quiet throughout so We don't really know what's going on.

What I do know is what I see---a stock at a few millionths of a penny with no sponsorship and a management team that isn't communicating to the investment community IMO.

Hope it changes.
