What are you talking about? There's no dumping here. ICBT is riding the 10 day moving average and trending up strong. Look at the chart the red days are lower volume days and all the PPS does is touch back to the 10 and lift off again. The topic is ridiculous.... to say there's D without proof is no different then me saying Garth is currently buying back shares and that's why we have recently gone from 0001 to 001.
