Investing in oil wells? Folks, you know something is wrong when Clark announces that he's going to invest shareholder capital in a business that is completely opposite of its core business. For starters, Clark always spun IPoint Television, digital entertainment, and smart technology even though he never generated any real revenues. So now he's using shareholders capital to invest in the oil business? Makes zero sense whatsoever. What synergies does digital entertainment business and the oil business share? None. What experience does Clark have in investing in the oil business? None that I'm aware of but I do know it's very risky business. The fact that Clark's core digital entertainment business hasn't really done anything yet in terms of real revenues, it's my opinion that using shareholder capital to invest in the oil business is an absolutely terrible idea. Should be a big warning sign that something is wrong with Clark's "core businesses". This latest scheme of Clark's is really screwed up. Huge red flag IMO. Don't think anyone bought shares in SWRF so that Clark could invest their money in oil wells.
