Right but the OTC Markets never had an "E" designation, in fact rarely did the OTC Markets move an SEC filer to Pink Tiers in the past. It wasn't until about a year ago they started placing these Failure to File Timely reports into the limited tier as their own version of the "E". I have seen no consistency with dropping them to the Stop Sign either, and yes there have been plenty SEC Filers moved to No Information, what cannot be established is when do they determine that cut off.
