Not as if I place any importance on tiers, but believe it or not the OTC Markets is typically pretty good about maintaining their "guidelines" for tiers. Their own rules actually state pretty clearly when they may move a ticker. It certainly could be that they may give some time before dropping it, but the point of the matter was the "E" designation and how the OTCBB differs from the OTC Markets in their treatment of current information.
