And explain to me why it matters what business was there previous when it was up for sale? You don;t typically have a realtor post your property so you can have people come visit you to hang out and be turned away. You post your property to sell/rent/lease it to a new tenant. We have a company claiming to be a new tenant. So, 1+1=2. What is the issue?
