I don't share the views of most of your posts but this one I have to agree with. One concern I have is that they are looking to expand the flight school...which makes no sense to me since the first one doesn't even make money and they can't even compensate the staff adequately. Expand losses? what money are they going to use to expand? But anyways...

The CEO said insiders are not selling and they also only have 26 million shares... Which I believe...

But is the company selling? Not sure...she did not say the company is not selling she said that's not the plan and dilution is the last resort. - i know this does not mean they are selling but it just seems like there are unlimited shares available at this level.

at 1:00- 1:40 marks she talks float and I know i'm being picky but I don't like that stutter lol I don't care what the float was a/o Feb 28, 2014 I care what it is now lol We just can't seem to move.

As soon as the deal gets signed most my concerns go away...

She get's the benefit of the doubt from me for now but if we go weeks without a deal and the share price doesn't move or starts going down im going to be forced to sell and i'll just chase once the deal is signed.
