Rook, that was my feeling on it too. A buyout would and could be plausible...pardon my "dot-connecting!" Otherwise, it would be

1/ Suicidal for the business and any partnership they may or may not procure
...and
2/ Totally inconsiderate to all shareholders, long and short...
