First: Lumb controls several of the LLC's that are major shareholders in this loser. Or were, assuming he has been dumping.

Second: Ron Lowenthal. Lowenthal is so much Lumb's puppet, he might as well have strings tied to his hands and feet.

The ENSSFM are not bailing anyone out from this one, either.
