I'm as long as anyone here, but this filing the 10K at the very last hour is insane! Even though the "Chill" last year had nothing to do with their 5 minute late 10K filing, AMBS has a cloud of mistrust still hanging over it regarding their financial credibility. Filing at the last hour plays into the fear shareholders have that the 10K DELAY is DUE to DILUTION!

It may not be true, but with AMBS' history of financial difficulty this last hour filing is not the thing to do to instill confidence in existing shareholders, or the market, as we see from our sub .07 cent pps.

We have so much good news ready to burst, it's a shame we have to suffer this drop in stock price due to this silly 10K. We should be trading above .10 cents now, even before the coming news! But the PRs are not communicating effectively!

For example:

1) It wasn't until last week that Jason Napodano said that the "revenue opportunity for LymPro under CLIA is several hundred million." That is great news! But why didn't management communicate that weeks or months ago?

2) It wasn't until Zoomboom emailed Gerald about the time frame after the LymPro testing was done before we could be authorized to commercialize...that we got the email from Paul Jorgenson saying that we don't even need to apply to get approval, our CLIA partner's lab must be validated with LymPro, which can happen almost immediately (30 days) That is great news! But why did it take a shareholder's emailed question to get that kind of pertinent info from management?

These are examples of missed opportunities in PRs that could have raised our stock price these past 3 months. We were trading at .138 in mid January and we are below .07 cents today! It didn't need to be that way. PRs need to be improved. Gerald led us to believe the catalysts in December and January would make shareholders happy in February. Well, those catalysts were not orchestrated very well in my opinion. We should still be above .10 cents.

I hope the catalysts in the next 2 to 3 months are communicated and orchestrated better than they were in January.

I support Gerald and AMBS, but that doesn't mean I can't express my opinions. The Dream Team, in addition to looking to the future of the company, owes something to it's loyal shareholders here and now. We're the ones who have bought shares based on Gerald's pitches and helped fund the company. Management can't pretend our current share price doesn't matter. Some people have to sell some AMBS shares to pay taxes, or satisfy margin calls from the bio-tech correction. Long term value of AMBS is most important, but short term pps is important too.

Filing the 10K at the last hour after last year's blunder is inexcusable! Lets get it together, Dream Team!
