well well every one is negative but actually for LT investors it can be the moment to buy....clear controlling shareholder that will be backed up by friends who just bought the stake of Discovery...my feeling is that it will be a bresilien 100 % solution or as some mentioned Brazilien / Russian...

they have used these months to put some order in the house..there was no rush for them to show fast improvement since they wanted to get Discovery out first and cheap...they have succeed now they can move on..

I don t think we will see a takeover by Tanure, he has already the control and following Batista failures not sure the Brazilian establishment and government wants to see more people screwed and more notorious headlines in the newspapers..don t forget that they want to attract FDI in the country...although in brasil you never know..
