Companies like this make me shake my head!
You only issue a stock dividend if you feel your current share price is to high, and beginning to price out potential investors. This is going down to no bid just like every other company who's issued a stock dividend when it's already worthless. Not to mention, sec won't approve this stock dividend then management is gonna look like a bunch of idiots! All IMHO.
