Everyone. I am posting to announce that I have closed my position in IZEA. After talking to IR, I am convinced the company is not growing their influencer/creator base, which means they are not growing their greatest commodity.
I am also concerned about management salaries and issuing themselves massive amounts of shares. In my opinion, management should be paying themselves peanuts until they actually turn a profit.
If the shares retreat to $0.20 area, I may get back in, but at the current value and considering there is a 120M fully diluted share count, the fact they said they do not expect the same level of growth going forward, I believe it is fully valued here.
My total gain on investment was absolutely minimal...but I simply want to wait and see before committing my capital to this.
