We do know that if the articles of incorporation have been modified between November and March that NO Form 8-K was filed as required by the SEC. We do know that the recent articles of incorporation were silent on the AS. Therefore, either the AS has not been formally changed, or GERS(D) is in violation of SEC regulations. I doubt the latter.
