So now you think it is a great thing that every fifth time someone uses Isis, usat won't get paid a transaction fee?

Also, with the small margins on small ticket items you expect the machine owners to eat this? No? So the phone company is eating this cost? Who is eating the cost for the end user eating free. Anyway you look at it, usat is being cut out of the equation because there will be no transaction fee because there is no monetary transaction.

You feel free to correct me and tell me how usat benefits from every fifth transaction being free. Maybe there is something I don't know about this program.
