I remember RocknRoll posting a few weeks ago that out of the outstanding share count, he surmised that 3B or so of it might be held by some big, silent hitters. Consider: on today's 10K is a statement that there are 526 shareholders of record. Divide the O/S of 4.3B+ by 526 and you get an average of 8.3M shares per shareholder. I would think that the median shareholder(half holding more and half holding yes) would hold a considerable amount less than 8.3M shares, maybe somewhere between 500,000 and 2,000,000. This would certainly lend credence to RockNRoll's thinking that some big big traders have a large portion of the share count locked away. It is realistic to believe then that BRGO is much more nimble than one would think of a company with this many outstanding, especially taking away the shadow of VFIN, VNDM, and VERT from the equation.
