-Joe Canouse is brokering the deal...without a broker's license.
-Joe Canouse's wife, Aron (Brooks) Canouse, changed (doctored) and uploaded documents to Pink Sheets for investors. Omitting such things as Carpathia, LLC and Scott Martin.
-Joe is telling Dean to send him issuance information on other people, so he and brother-in-law (and partner in crime), Scott Martin, can track it on Level 2.
-Scott Martin is telling Dean who and when to issue stock to...
-Throw in a bit of Harold Mittleman to muddy the waters a bit to help calm the investors....
-Let's not forget...we have Joe Canouse and Scott Martin getting Dean Bradley to vote out Jeff DiGenova after he took some documents to the authorities....risking the ATM that they created.....
This was a MONEY-STEALING SCAM from the start....and it started with Joseph C. Canouse and his family and guess what...they are still at it!!! "
