Novartis AG's Sandoz Inc, Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc, Mylan Inc and Natco Pharma Ltd were responding to a stay application made by Teva to Chief Justice John Roberts last week. The Supreme Court could now announce at any time whether it will grant the request [effectively the request for an injunction].

… In their joint court filing, the companies said in part that Teva had not shown that it would suffer "irreparable harm" if a stay [of the CAFC ruling] was not issued.
