A brief look at the filing shows that for the year, they received $82,690 for 799,388,568 common shares. That works out to .000103/share.
A good portion of those funds would have been raised when the share price was .005-.01 levels, and a good portion of the shares issued would have been during the last quarter when it was in the trip zeros, but above the trip 1's.
It seems only logical that the $53,000 worth of 504's filed recently were done at a substantially reduced price from those done last year, considering the market price was so much lower.
Because of that, it makes logical sense that well over a billion shares were issued Q1 of this year, and those shares are being "distributed" to retail suckers now. It would not surprise me to find that the OS is maxed out at 2.5B.
Operating losses: $364,490..... Kinda makes one wonder how/why they would want to expand into other locations? Increase operating losses? LOL
It is interesting to hear from one of the self-proclaimed insiders that there is dissention in the ranks of Q management. For him to belittle Bill Cirmo now after having touted him back in the day when the flight school was the vehicle of choice for pumping shares is telling...
