The truth is that I've suspected that all four Board of Directors of QASP have been dumping shares into this pump. The company has paid wages with shares for years. So, it just makes sense that the Board of Directors headed up by Vigil would have to come up with some story like the pot thing in order to be able to dump those shares.

And thetruth confirmed it this morning.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
